Due to the high volume of construction projects going on in the neighborhood, we are enforcing new construction hours specifically for properties within the Association. Please note that they supersede the hours allowed per the City of Los Angeles. We believe that this approach balances the need of the owners with ongoing construction projects and the surrounding neighbors that are affected by it.
All approved construction and demolition should be limited to the following hours:
Monday through Friday: 8am to 6pm
Saturday: 8am to 4pm. Exterior construction, jackhammering, and other loud construction methods are prohibited on Saturdays.
Sundays and National Holidays: No construction or demolition is permitted on these days unless you have secured written approval from the Association ahead of time.
National Holidays: New Year’s Day, Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr., Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
